Between 2 AM and 9:30 AM, we experienced intermittent issues with our Pix payment processing.
Following intervention by our technology team, the situation has been resolved and we are no longer experiencing any impact. We will continue monitoring for a while longer to ensure the stability of our services.

We have identified intermittent issues with Pix-in services, causing errors in payment flows starting at 2 AM on November 20, 2025.
Payment methods such as bank slips and Pix-out transactions are not being affected.
Our technology team is working diligently to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, and we will be in touch with further updates soon. We are also in contact with the BaaS provider to understand the source of the problem.
