We detected an instability that affected PIX operations. During the incident, some users reported failures when trying to send payments or receive transaction confirmations. In some cases, transactions remained in processing for longer than usual or were not completed.
Our team monitored the behavior and identified that the failure was caused by a temporary instability in the payment processing layer.
The service has been restored and PIX operations are now functioning normally. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure the complete stability of the payment flow.
