On January 30, 2026, we identified a synchronization failure that occurred between 2:00 PM and 2:40 PM, impacting older system transactions.
As a result of this incident, some transactions were incorrectly updated en masse to the "Partially Reversed" status. This status, when assigned, indicates the existence of available funds for withdrawal, which resulted in the reflection of negligible positive values ​​in the balances of some accounts.
As soon as the behavior was identified, our technical team acted immediately to mitigate the problem. As a corrective measure, all affected transactions will have their status adjusted to "Synchronization Error," eliminating any balance inconsistency.
We continue to monitor the environment to ensure platform stability and prevent recurrences.
